PLEASE NOTE

All requests to return/exchange must be completed within 7 days of your order being delivered.

The item must be in the original packaging with the label still attached to the tag of the garment as received. ​

Once your request has been processed you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number & collection of the item(s) will be arranged.
REFUNDS​

Kindly note the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Kindly note cost of courier to return the item will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after the returned item is received.

EXCHANGES​

Kindly note the cost of returning your item(s) back to Faith Fuelled will hold no additional charges, but delivery of your new item will carry a delivery fee.
